Acro classes have wrapped for the Spring season. Thanks to everyone who showed up, spotted each other, and made it such a fun run!
We’re keeping the momentum going with Flow Jam Tuesdays, starting today at 4pm until dark!

Join us to help create a vibrant space to encourage people of all ages and walks of life to gather together, share skills, food and celebrate movement, creativity and community.
If you've been to the Trout Lake Flow Jams on Wednesdays in Vancouver or Tam Tams in Montreal, you've seen the vision!

Trout Lake Jam in the early days in 2015
Every Tuesday for the past two years we've been gathering at Lewis Park (behind the baseball field by the river).
We started with a small group of Acroyogis, but we'd really like to see this grow beyone that to other movement adjacent modalities like the flow and circus, slack, and even live music!
The sun will be out this afternoon for our first weekly gathering of the season! Depending who shows up, we sometimes have a slackline, acroyogis, jugglers, footbag, hoop, staff spinners and poi spinners, a BBQ, and a speaker.
We’re open to ideas. Want to lead a short class, guide a warm-up, play a DJ set or handpan, bring snacks, or just hang out and enjoy the sun and the river? Reach out!
Here’s the link to the weekly Facebook event, hit Going as it helps us grow this community!
Forward this email to anyone who maybe interested!
